Success
Outlined below is the process ComputAbility will use to team with
our customers for successful implementation of their IT projects
and maintenance support efforts:
- ComputAbility Sales Mangers working with the Customer identify
an IT initiative that the customer wishes ComputAbility to assess
and respond to with a proposal.
- ComputAbility business analysts assess the project scope
and present their understanding of the requirements to the customer.
- ComputAbility develops a proposal to implement the project
or maintenance support effort
- Projects will be managed by a ComputAbility project manager
and implemented in accordance with SDLC guidelines of the corporation.
- Documentation will be prepared to support all phases of the
project effort.
- Projects will be implemented in manageable stages as agreed
to with the customer.

Proof of concept will be provided where required
to demonstrate functionality and allow for user review and fine
tuning.

Milestone deliverables will be identified utilizing
the concept of physical evidence.

Quality assurance will be done jointly by all
participants.

ComputAbility will assist in post implementation
support to ensure total customer satisfaction.
